REFUND POLICY

At Mag Social, every item is custom-made using the photos and information provided by our customers. Because each order is personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom products.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer-uploaded photos that are low resolution, blurry, dark, or cropped unexpectedly.

  • Spelling errors, dates, or information provided incorrectly by the customer.

  • Color variations between screens and printed products.

  • Minor variations in cropping required to fit our 2x2 magnet format.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been shipped, Mag Social is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather-related disruptions, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

Orders marked as delivered, picked up, or successfully handed off to the customer are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
