CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All Mag Social products are custom-made based on customer-provided photos, designs, text, and instructions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting your purchase.

  • Uploaded images may require cropping or resizing to fit our product dimensions.

  • Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

  • Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

PHOTO RIGHTS & CONTENT

By uploading photos, images, logos, or other content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

  • The content does not contain unlawful, offensive, or prohibited material.

Mag Social reserves the right to refuse orders containing content that violates intellectual property laws or is deemed inappropriate.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone.

  • Cancel or limit quantities purchased.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

PRICING

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice.

Mag Social is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or listing errors and reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.

PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time an order is placed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Mag Social is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Weather-related shipping interruptions

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

For orders using local delivery or pickup services:

  • Customers must provide accurate contact information.

  • Orders marked delivered or picked up are considered fulfilled.

  • Missed delivery attempts may require additional delivery fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
