PROCESSING TIMES

All products are custom-made using the photos and information provided by our customers.

Typical processing times:

  • 1–3 business days for standard orders

  • Same-day or next-day production may be available for local orders depending on order volume

During holidays, peak seasons, or large events, processing times may be extended.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders as advertised at checkout

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery in select areas including:

  • Murrieta

  • Menifee

Local delivery rates and eligibility are displayed at checkout.

Customers will receive notification when their order has been delivered.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions once their order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Mag Social is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout

  • Additional shipping fees resulting from address errors

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mag Social is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather-related disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.

If a package appears lost, we will gladly assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Because all products are personalized and made to order, production begins shortly after purchase.
